I ordered 1000 pencils which were delivered on the day they were needed. However, I hadn't realised that none of them were sharpened and had to rally a team of helpers to sit and physically hand sharpen every one!! Perhaps that fact should have been clearer when |I ordered them.

The pencils are fine,better quality than previous ones ordered. They were part of a gift bag given to pupils from visiting schools which entered our inter school maths challenge. The whole process of ordering was not a favourable one as I was not given the full information from the start on delivery schedules. I was also asked to comment on printing quality when I felt that you as the experts should make those decisions.
