"Lisa Finney has always been extremely helpful, she has advised on orders and then processed them quickly and easily, where possible she has highlighted discounts. This is not the norm from all promotional product companies, I recently had to source some specific usb pens (you didn't have them, I checked). I asked for a quote for what I wanted, was sent an image and placed my order, I was then told they couldn't do what I asked for and what they could do was now going to incur a £55 set up charge. So it is a breath of fresh air to deal with professionals who understand business needs."
