Product arrived in good condition, but did not bare resemblance to the proof that we were sent, after the second time we had order this product it was still not correct, first time the colour of the mugs were blamed on a firing problem with the kiln, second time I was told after I receive the mugs that the white line appearing in the centre of the logo was within tolerance and that the colour of the mugs would not match the proof. I will not be ordering this product with your company again in the future.
